1. Introduction
Welcome to Youngrup.
Youngrup is operated by Sentido Animado Unipessoal Lda., a company incorporated under Portuguese law, with registered office at Rua Monte da Saúde 20, 2130-256 Benavente, Portugal, and tax identification number (NIPC) 517537079.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or submit any enquiries through it.
2. About Youngrup
Youngrup is an educational travel sourcing and matching platform.
Youngrup helps schools, educational organisations, youth groups and similar institutions identify suitable providers for educational trips, cultural experiences, language programmes, volunteer projects, accommodation and other group travel-related services in Portugal and Spain.
Youngrup is not a travel agency.
Youngrup does not organise package travel.
Youngrup does not act as a tour operator.
Youngrup does not sell travel products directly to end users.
3. How the Service Works
Users may submit a request through the Youngrup website describing the requirements of their group, programme or trip.
Youngrup reviews the request and may identify one or more relevant third-party providers.
Selected providers may then prepare and submit proposals directly or indirectly to the requesting organisation.
Youngrup may facilitate communication between the parties but is not a contractual party in any agreement ultimately entered into between the requesting organisation and a provider.
Any contract, booking, reservation or commercial agreement is concluded exclusively between the requesting organisation and the selected provider.
4. Provider Information
Youngrup makes reasonable efforts to work with providers considered relevant for educational groups and youth programmes.
However, Youngrup does not guarantee:
- the availability of any provider;
- the accuracy of information supplied by providers;
- the quality of services delivered by providers;
- the suitability of a provider for a particular group;
- the outcome of any programme, trip or activity.
Users are encouraged to conduct their own assessment before entering into any agreement.
4.1 Commercial Relationships
Youngrup may receive referral fees, commissions or other forms of compensation from third-party providers when a partnership, booking or commercial agreement is successfully concluded.
Such compensation does not result in additional costs for schools, educational organisations or users of the platform.
Youngrup's objective is to identify providers that match the requirements submitted by users. Provider recommendations are based on relevance, suitability and available information at the time of the request.
The existence of commercial relationships with providers does not alter the user's responsibility to independently evaluate any proposal before entering into an agreement.
5. No Professional Advice
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.
Youngrup does not provide legal, financial, educational, safety or travel advice.
Any decision regarding provider selection remains the sole responsibility of the requesting organisation.

- losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party providers;
- cancellation of programmes, trips or activities;
- changes to prices, availability or programme content;
- delays, errors or interruptions in communication;
