Since 2015, Miguel has worked across youth programmes, camps, educational experiences and student travel. Starting as a camp counsellor and activity leader, he later moved into operations, partnerships, programme management and educational travel sourcing.
Over the years, he has worked directly with schools, international schools, accommodation providers, activity operators and programme organisers across Portugal and Spain.
Youngrup was created to simplify one of the most time-consuming parts of school trip planning: finding reliable partners and receiving relevant proposals.
